Regional manufacturers’ employees attended the MassHire Southeast Region 6 Lean 101 manufacturing course with MassMep on June 27, 2023. The course focused on identifying and eliminating non-value added activities, more commonly called waste. This Lean training establishes a systematic approach to eliminating waste and creating flow company wide.
