About the Program
- 12-week, full time (40 hrs/week) paid internship starting September 2026 with a reputable contractor
- Wages start at $20.00 per hour

Eligibility Requirements
- Must be 18+ by internship start
- Must live in or work in Fall River or Worcester region
- Basic English required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Valid MA driver’s license or ID required
- Recruiting for Weatherization and HVAC tracks
- No experience required for Weatherization (paid training provided)
- HVAC applicants must have completed a minimum of 150 hours of HVAC training prior to internship start
