This hybrid 624-hour, 26-week program includes a 160-hour a full-time hands-on externship at a medical employer facility.
MassHire grants are for income-eligible or unemployed individuals who are seeking employment. Grants will only be awarded to those who agree to find training related employment upon course completion and obtainment of industry certification. MassHire also provides job placement assistance to program participants.
This project is funded by the Healthcare/Behavioral Health Hub Continuation Grant (Workforce Competitiveness Trust Fund FY’21 Appropriation) and funds appropriated through the federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021. This grant initiative is administered by Commonwealth Corporation on behalf of the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development and the Workforce Skills Cabinet.
