City of New Bedford Broadband Roundtable

The City of New Bedford has engaged CTC Technology & Energy to complete a study to better understand the City’s internet service needs. CTC has previously held public sessions to elicit input from residents. To gain a clearer understanding of the needs of businesses, we invite you to join a roundtable discussion.
We would like your input on the following questions:
- Have you had difficulty getting an affordable fiber connection to your business?
- If yes, what quotes have you gotten for fiber service? Please provide quotes specifying the services offered. (We may include examples of such quotes in our report.)
- Please provide the name and nature of your business and number of employees.
- How might faster internet connectivity improve your businesses’ competitiveness?
The discussion will take place virtually on two dates. You will need to register for these meetings in advance. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. Please refer to the information below for the dates and corresponding registration link.
