The MassHire Greater New Bedford Workforce Board is seeking proposals via a Request for Proposals (RFP) to fund Out-of-School Youth, ages 16-24 through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) to provide programs for education, work experience, employment and/or training services.

The ideal candidate shall coordinate all required Workforce Opportunity Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth Program elements and activities to ensure that youth participants attain their program goals and objectives as outlined with the support of the Youth Case Manager, and indicated in the youth’s Individual Service Strategy (ISS).
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Summer Youth Site Supervisor. The ideal candidate shall provide leadership and supervision of youth participants, ages 14-25 in achieving success and completion of program goals and objectives.
