Until further notice, Elm Street will be periodically closed to vehicle traffic due to city construction. MassHire Greater New Bedford is open business hours during this street work. At these times, parking is available at the City of New Bedford Municipal/Elm Street Parking Garage. Enter the garage from Frederick Douglass Way via Middle Street. Exit the garage on the Elm Street side. Walk one block east to the entrance of the MassHire Greater New Bedford building.
