EMT TRAINING FOR EMPLOYMENT MassHire provides no-cost grants for people who are unemployed or income-eligible and looking for work. Students learn about acute illnesses, medical emergencies, traumatic emergencies, childbirth, rescue extrication, ambulance operations, splinting techniques, communication and documentation, medical-legal implications, AED/CPR, basic medications and their effects. The course meets or exceeds current National EMS Guidelines and has Massachusetts OEMS approval. Students will earn 6 college credits upon program completion. Quincy Campus 15-weeks Starts: September 2, 2025 Meets: Tuesday & Thursday nights 6:00pm-10:00pm & every other Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm Plymouth Campus 15-weeks Starts: August 25, 2025 Meets: Monday & Wednesday nights 6:00pm-10:00pm & every other Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm NREMT certification exam and Massachusetts state registration fees included.
